We do not allow third-party AI providers to use your Personal Data to train AI models.

We only use De-Identified Data to train AI models, which you can opt-out of within your TalkBrief account settings.

If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

De-Identified Data

We may create de-identified, anonymized data ("De-Identified Data") from the Personal Data we collect so that it does not identify you. We may use such De-Identified Data for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the Services (including to train AI models that support our Services) and promote our business. You can opt-out from our use of your De-identified Data to train AI models within your TalkBrief account settings.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use the Personal Data we collected for materially different, unrelated or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
